Kevin's Landscaping is an ecologically focused landscaping company specializing in the establishment of elegant and sustainable landscapes by utilizing the extensive palette of California native plants. The remarkable diversity of California native flora can bring a plethora of color, fragrance, and beauty to any landscape. Kevin's Landscaping is dedicated to thoroughly understanding the native plants involved in each project, including their optimal growing conditions, irrigation requirements, and mature dimensions, to create beautiful and enduring landscapes that bring joy and excitement to the homeowner.

We attentively consider their needs and collaborate closely to support them in establishing their vision. Kevin's Landscaping provides the necessary skills and diligence, while the final vision is jointly developed between the customer and Kevin's Landscaping.

About Kevin

Kevin, founder and owner of Kevin’s Landscaping, has always had an affinity for nature ever since he was a kid. One of his favorite shows growing up was The Crocodile Hunter, hosted by Steve Irwin. After graduating high school, Kevin acquired a landscaping position to gain hands-on experience and learn more about the art of landscaping.

Over the years, Kevin developed the desire to grow his own food, which inspired him to take on multiple farming positions to learn more about the cultivation of food. After years of learning from others and gaining hands-on experience, Kevin decided to start his own business. He earned his landscape contractor license from the California State Licensing Board (CSLB) and continued to expand his knowledge of ecological design, ecology, and sustainability by earning his Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) from the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center (OAEC).

Kevin continues to grow his expertise in permaculture, ecology, and ecological landscaping, and greatly enjoys the opportunity to put his knowledge into practices.
